The innovative, aerodynamic design of the Mercedes-AMG roof box combines sportiness and exclusivity. The two-tone finish and the fin in the cover create an interesting interplay of light and shadow and emphasise the expressiveness of the AMG design. Enjoy optimum aerodynamics, driving characteristics and background noise with the design of the Mercedes-AMG roof box in two diffuser models. A quick-clamping system makes assembly very easy. Capacity approx. 410 litres. Maximum load 70 kg. The permissible roof load of the vehicle must be observed. Interior dimensions of the roof box: length approx. 1933 mm, width approx. 644 - 758 mm.
Both versions of the Mercedes-AMG roof box are approved for all Mercedes-Benz basic carriers and carrier bars for roof rails.
The Mercedes-AMG coupé roof box (A0008401000) is specifically recommended for Mercedes-Benz coupé vehicles and helps to ensure an aerodynamically optimised driving style. The Mercedes-AMG roof box variant (A0008400900) is recommended for all other vehicles.
As a result of extensive driver testing by the AMG High-Performance team, the Mercedes-AMG roof box has been tested and approved for a maximum speed of up to 200 km/h for the following Mercedes-AMG vehicle models:

For all other Mercedes-AMG vehicle models and series production models, the Mercedes-AMG roof box is approved up to the recommended speed of 130 km/h.
